Fair Sponsorship: Rs 35,00,000/- (1 Nos)

1. The Name/Logo of the Company will appear prominently on following promotional
& publicity material including:

− Mailers for visitor promotion

− Newspaper Advertisements for visitor promotion

− Hoardings at Exhibition Ground

− Exhibition catalogue

− Stage, Backdrops & entry gates etc.

2. The Sponsoring Company will be given a complimentary space of 350 sq. meters of
Indoor raw space or Premium 900 sq. meters in outdoor bare space in the exhibition.

3. All receptions and lunches hosted during the exhibition-oriented event will have
sponsoring company's name and logo displayed on the panel.

4. 8 No. of flags having logo of Sponsor.

5. Sponsoring company will be given special facilities in terms of passes for different
ceremonial functions and exhibition.

Cultural Night \ Dinner Rs 10,00,000/- (2 Nos.)

1. Logos of the sponsoring company would appear prominently on stage backdrops, hall
fascias entry gates, etc, would be displayed jointly with the logos of the organizers.

2. The Dinner will be hosted on one of the event days at a suitable venue during "India
StoneMart 2009". The total number of invitees will be approx 600, which include
exhibitors', Govt. officials, members trade associations, foreign delegates etc., from
India & Abroad.

Exhibitors' Kit Rs. 3,50,000/- (Quantity 600) (1 Nos.)

1. Exhibitors' Kit will be distributed to VIPs, Media & Exhibitors at the event.

2. The sponsors' logo will appear on the side carrying the 5th India StoneMart logo.

3. The Exhibitors' Catalouge and other publications are given out from the information
desks in this bag.

4. Sponsors' corporate literature to be included in the Exhibitors' Kit.

1. This publication is a visitors' encyclopedia on the Fair.

5. Exhibitors' directory will be sent to all industrial association in the field of Stones &
Machineries, diplomatic missions abroad & foreign missions in India after the event.

6. The sponsoring company will find publicity among participating companies and business
visitors to the exhibition.

1. Name & Logo of the sponsoring company to be printed on the pen to be presented
to Trade visitors, Media and Invitees.

3. One full-page color advertisement in the Exhibitor Catalogue

Lunch Rs. 3,50,000/- per day (4 Nos.)

1. Logos of the Sponsoring company would appear prominently on stage backdrops.

2. The Lunch will be hosted everyday in the Fair Ground during "India StoneMart 2009".
The total number of invitees will be approx300, which include exhibitors', Govt. Officials,
members of trade associations, foreign delegates etc., from India & Abroad.

1. Printing of name and logo of sponsoring company on the visitors Badges.

1. Printing of logo of sponsoring company on the lanyards for all participation categories
